Absolutely none of this post is true. At all.

Moderators have access to kick, mute and ban players, for any time at all up to permanently. Every single ban they make has to be supported by evidence.

Weren't abuse bans under an hour allowed to not have evidence? Someone told me that a while ago.

We do have the /rules command, but few know of it, and it's a lot less in-depth as the rules here on the forums, or in the rulebook. I'll talk with the other Sr. Staff when I get the chance, and see if we can reimplement it.

Maybe add a link on /rules to the rulebook?

I think that moderators should even ban in-game, even without recording, because, in my opinion, moderators are people with experience that can recognize hackers really easily, so they should have the rights to do it. If they're dubious, I think they should record and ask for help to higher staff members. No matter if they appeal and there's no proof, there is still the testimonial of what the moderator (a person with experience, remind) has seen, so if he has recognized the player abusing, then it's alright. But that's my opinion, I'd like to see if people think the same as me or in different ways, so don't hesitate to quote this and reply me

We always need evidence, seeing as if the person makes a ban dispute and they can't find the evidence, they will have to unban them for lack of evidence.

First of all, if you look at the comments, these people who commented are just some fanboys that got banned for hacking and/or increased gamma. So.. almost everyone was acting immature and was just trash-talking about the mods that do "S*** work and just want to have this fancy name." "mcsg is awful" "mcsg sucks" "the mds dat band me was so stiupid dey suck". Pretty much everyone were saying this because ShanrrBananrr said it too.
Fanboys! Or whatever you want to be called. I have a question for you:
You're a moderator in one of the biggest servers, MCSG. In your forum profile, everyone's spamming you "can you check my ban dispute?" "do something for the hackers!" "how do you get the red name?" "are you mod?". You have to dedicate almost all of your free time to this server so others that don't even know you can enjoy it. Let's go to the next part! In-game: People are targetting you and following you in every server for the most weird a$$ reasons! They "want to get" your red name, they want to kill you, it makes them feel "cool". Now, you can't really do anything other than /d , which I don't think that even exists for mods. So, you have to stay calm and don't rage. If you show your rage to them, they can screenshot what you said and report you.
If you can't do all these stuff like people do, just so they can see other people happy, don't even start trash-talking about them.

I've lost 30 minutes for this, checking for grammar mistakes, I have 2 hours left before I go to my cousins' house, I want to play LoL, CYA!

He was just giving his opinion on what somebody suggested. He was replying to someone to who suggested that Mods should be able to ban without recording or getting evidence instantly. He wasn't talking about what Mods do now, you should actually read the previous posts before you make a comment like that.

Honestly, the whole shan thing is just ridiculous. If we're relating it to the fact that she is permabanned, the staff were in no way acting 'too close to the guidelines' by banning her. She used gamma, the mods looked at her ban dispute and gave a perfectly valid reason why she was banned, and she is immature enough to try to make all her fans hate MCG staff for something which is her fault entirely. To top it off she then went and hacked, all the while claiming she was in the right. For me anything she says about the server is pretty much invalid just because she is obviously so biased against it.
