Well this is not my top ten but i will put more underrated players since everyone is busy talking about the popular/overrated players.

2.xExtract (He dosnt seem to be rusty at all and allways does good when he plays)

5.ZeliikaHD (If he played more he would have been higher on the list)

9.Gravey4rd (may not be the best in fair 1v1's in dm, but good tactics and strategy)

Players i could have added:
MahxiXBL: Havent played with him so i dont know how good he is.
Araxed: In my opinion he is overrated. I think he is too based around his ping and plays too damn much.
Salared: Good player. Havent played with him in a while.
Kallbergz: Really good teamplayer, but i dont think he is a top ten.

There are more people that deserve to be in top ten, but i probably forgot some people so i may edit this in the future.

The arrogance is real.
Although I do agree with you on some parts, for a change. People that I don't put on my list, are people that I have beaten myself, I don't put them on because I know that I don't deserve to be on a top 10, so I don't think they should either. (No disrespect intended to anyone with this, if you feel it is aimed at you, possibly I haven't fought you enough.
Where I dislike what you say, is how you refer to yourself as deserving a spot on a top 10, if people think you do, then they would put you there. I have no misguided, deluded opinions of my own play, so I am never sad or upset when I am not on a list, since I know that I am not deserving of a spot. I feel that this is why people have big problems with you Incon, you are so wrapped up in some deluded arrogance. Then you give some slack-jawed soliloquy bashing the people that are regularly put on the lists.
