You can monetize them, but you're not going to make any money judging by your view and sub count.

If you read youtube monetinzation rules they technically don't have to pay you for playing just games. But, the post above does speak the truth. View counts and sub count must be high. Wish you the best of luck!

Yes, Mojang allows you to upload and monetize Minecraft videos, the server has no say in whether you can or can not monetize.
