Can you even cheat on Pokemon X and Y? No, you can't (yet).
I'll give some tips on how I got it so fast:
1) It was a traded Pokemon so it 1.5x in experience
2) Used a lucky egg which gives 1.5x in additional experience
3) Farfetch'd is in the medium fast group so it takes 1 000 000 XP to level it to 100.

Answer: Legit.
Answer2: It's not hard to level up to 100 as people make it seem to be.

A lucky egg is an item held by a user in which it will gain more xp than it should (1.5x more). You can find the lucky egg by going to Couramine Hotel and talking to a lady who will ask you for a pokemon with high happiness (aka a pokemon that is really friendly).
