Sometimes it can view certain actions as suspicious and may lag you back a bit or something. Happens to everyone, that's just the nature of an Anti-Cheat.

Well put, RC. Just to add, we have been having problems with our EU network recently and our devs are working none stop to try tackle this problem. Making sure that the gameplay is top notch is our top priority.
