Where are the legacy leaderboards?

Unfortunately, I'm on my phone right now so I haven't had a chance to properly look through the leaderboards on the forums. Hopefully someone can answer your question about where to find them though!

If you go to your stats: i think mcgamer.com/player/(yourign) you see your leagacy stats. I saw mine there.

The quickest way you can make it into the legacy leaderboards is to click on Leaderboards, then click on All time leaderboards, and then you should find a little green rectangle with all time legacy leaderboards written on it.

All the permbanned players are also on the leagacy leaderboards. So i'm ranked 72 insead of 67 ;-; even shanrr is higher than me

Yes, they do.
There is an in-game command (/ostats I think) that allows you to check them through the sum of the new and the old ones. Quite cool in my opinion.

Yeah same, but I'm sure they told me there would've been ostats back when they firstly announced the stats reset concept... I'm sure they'll release it somewhen, or maybe do something like overall lb/overall stats in the players' page.
We just have to wait, I think ?_?
