What's wrong with the skins?

Recently, my skins haven't been showing up. This has been happening to a lot of others, too... anybody know what's wrong? Am I just doing something wrong?

The minecraft 1.3.2 is bugged which causes the skin not be showing sometimes aswell as others skin are steve skins.

Sorry, that's something i cannot answer.
But if there is a way to fix this problem or i get some sort off information about this i will notify you about it

This is a bug on mojang's part so we can't really do anything about it.
