As long as you stay calm and don't get too nervous, you'll be fine. I was declined in my first interview because I was way too nervous and didn't answer the questions the best of my ability.

Depends if you are experienced enough. If you are experienced the questions won't be extreamly hard.

It can take over a month, mine was a month a 2 weeks.

For me, even without my application up, they were still easy to answer.
Unfortunately, they didn't make me sing. xD I've heard stories where they have, though.
