90ms is still totally playable though. I am in a similar situation however, I got 30ms to CA and 85 to US but both worked and I didn't really have any problems on either >.>
To address the point of the OP, the CA servers were removed because they were highly unsupported and lacked sufficient funding. Chad and his team decided it would be better to put the otherwise-CA money to upgrading our other regions and possibly relocating the US network to a more centralized location.
