!URGENT! (for me)

Hey guys,
Now ive just started a youtube channel but i would like to add a intro to my videos. As i do not know how to make intro's would anyone kindly make me an intro with the following:

-Me catching a diamond sword mid air.
-Then if possible killing 2 guys - slicing one in half then slicing the others head off.
-White screen appears with my YT name coming out of no where.
-My YT channel name (NoidEnrawMC)
- With the following song over the top.

From when is says "sentence is death" to the end of intro.
if possible can whoever to make this can you make it aprox. 20 seconds long.

If someone is to make it i would very much appreciate it and send me a message if you can for me to send you my skype to submit.

You should probably post this in the 'Art Section' of the forums. I highly doubt anyone would do this for free aswell.
