I think this sounds like a good idea. Regarding the leaderboards for the regions, I don't think this will happen.

I had realized this right after I published the post as the leader boards are all connected. I did touch up on this topic:

I hadn't thought of that But I do think that they are implementing monthly leader boards and MAYBE regional leaderboards. Any clarification?
