Ahm you can't really choose top5 balkan pvp-ers cuz there is always some1 you forget which is probably better pvper , I actually dont know any1 of these expect tordox and kenqz , i beat Tordox few times too so , I think you need time to found real good Balkan pvpers , but without using unfair advantage things

Nikola and Getix are my favs rn
Otherwise than that there is a lot of good pvpers that are balkan, but Im not familiar enough to say more than I have
