Then the problem could simply be is that you are pretty far from the US so the ping would tend to increase. Also, there is the possibility that there are plenty of people living nearby you who use the same internet provider as you, hence making it difficult for connection from your place to the US servers. However you can go to the EU, and AU servers since they are closer to your position.
