They do not use OCD pack, actually.
On the picture you posted (https://twitter.com/mcsgservers/status/468105216621936641/photo/1), they are using "Paper CutOut" which you can get here: http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/paper-cut-out/.
They, also, sometimes use Sphax PureBDcraft (https://twitter.com/mcsgservers/status/462701490440634368/photo/1), which you can take a look here: http://bdcraft.net/purebdcraft-minecraft.
Take note that they are using shaders mod. The texture packs will not look exactly the same as the pictures.
