It doesn't matter. Its a glitch that will be fixed. But in the meantime it is illegal and it goes under Blockglitching so in other words don't do it.

I think that chest is just mean to troll.
I personally think it's silly and should be removed....
There's really no reason for it to be there.
Or maybe if you block-glitched to the chest you'd get a book that, once read, will automatically kick you out of the server

If command blocks are enabled. make it a trapped chest connected to a command block with the command /kick @p
