Team Blade is a new, well created build team. Team Blade specialises on building amazing spawn/hub areas, 1vs1 maps and FFA arenas, so pretty much anything to do with developing PvP servers. We aspire to be one of the best build teams out there. Run by the owners Elysiss (Head Builder), and FoxesCanFly (Head Builder) Once Team Blade gets big enough with some great, talented builders, we will start to go more in depth about our building and move onto more challenging work. If your a good, talented, committed builder/terraformer, then feel free to apply with pictures of your work so we can get a feel of how good you are at your job. We Are also looking for people who do Cinematics, as we need talented people to help the build team with our Media products

- How we work -

Members - If you get into the build team, you will automatically start out as a member. You will be given tasks to complete and we will be testing your skills. If you complete all of our tasks and we are impressed, we will move you up a rank.

Elite - If you pass the challenges that you get set once being a member you get moved up into Elite rank. Elite rank is virtually the same as Member rank, however Elite rank will be chosen by the Staff members to whom are the best builders are, and most dedicated. Elite rank gives you the opportunity to watch over members builds, correct and make them better, too look outstanding.

Moderator - To become a Moderator rank you have to be very dedicated for a long period of time (1-3 months), depending on your quality of builds also. Moderators get chosen by Admins/Leaders and also they get to have staff duties. Being able to control builds and start them on there own.

Admin - The Admin rank will be chosen very cautiously by the Leaders over a long period of time (1-5 months) Admins must be the most dedicated, best builders/terraformers in the build Team. They will control the entire Build Team and confirm/start new builds. Admins will be able to kick/recruit new people to the Build Team.

What are your weaknesses?: Terraforming, I have near-to-none experience with it :/

What are you best at (building/terraforming/red-stoning): Building is definitely my strong point, although i'm not too shabby with redstone

Have you been or are you in any other build team?: Nope, but I aspire to be in one.

Do you prefer working on solo projects or in a group?: Probably in a group. I feel that with other players we can maximize the potential of the map by combining all of our ideas as one. With each individual specification all the players together can become one perfect build team! Where as being solo, you are divided down to your own ideas.

How dedicated will you be to the Team?: Extremely dedicated, I love building. So it wouldn't be a chore for me to do, it would be something I would look forward to!

Why Team Blade?: Because I know the leaders and it seems like and amazing build team with great potential!

Tell us a bit about yourself: Uhhhh, I am very determined. Once I start a project, I will work long and hard to finish it! I will motivate each and every member to increase the potential of each build member. I love gaming, sport and art aswell. I aspire to be a graphics designer, in the meantime I sit at home and doodle on my wacom tablet and draw speedart or sketch ideas for games

Tell us a bit about yourself: I am graduating college in May 2014 of this year. I will be starting a full time job working monday to friday during the day. I am planning a wedding and getting ready to move into a house with my soon to be husband August 2014. We are getting married August 16. I have been playing Minecraft since February 2012 and helped build and run a server since then. The server is currently down as the owner is deciding a new direction for the server. Don't be surprised that some evenings I burn the midnight oil building because it is what I am most passionate about with minecraft. If you consider being able to rebuild real life buildings into minecraft world talent know that I can do just that. Oh one more thing I can build mazes can be something included in sg games.

What Are My Weaknesses: Windows ( I have been practicing making them)

What are you best at: Building anything honestly although I prefer the medieval build style.

Have I or Am I in Any Other Build Teams: No, I have never been in an official build team although I have experience building with other people.

Do I Prefer Working Solo or in Group Projects: I am comfortable doing both solo and group builds.
