I say no because a lot of new people to the server would immedietly step off and blow up which is not fun and would not help the server grow.

There could be an added message when you teleport into the arena, and signs around the training room, to educate new players. (response to Invincibleforce)

Yeah if you just told new players, and a post popped up when you spawned in the arena then new players who can read would have no trouble with this rule
