I don't think this should automatically happen just based off voting. An iron sword or an enderpearl, or really anything worth getting that isn't already in tier 2 chests, would be pretty powerful. It should be similar to sponsoring, just cost less points because it would come with refill. And maybe similar to @inconceivable81's idea where the people have to make a bounty pool for chests to refill, you would have to get all the spectators to bounty a bunch of there points in (again, less than it would be for a sponsorship) so that it could be a team effort to give someone a good item in refill.

Honestly it is pretty hard to win a game if you dont get refill. And yes ALOT of people care about getting it. It is hard enough to control corn refill when your going solo, don't need to make it any harder.
