This seems like an update that Mojang would release and force upon us. I don't think it's right for MCSG, though.

This would make the "Say 123 for team" teams impossible to beat because they are usually bad, and have leather gear. You would have full iron, they would have the leather, 3 people on the team, and would just knock you around, and kill you.

Adding slowness 1 to when you are 5 hunger or lower would be the best in my opinion.
