SPEC Betting on Players with Your Points

I was under the impression that the bounty system was going to allow Spectators to "sponsor" a player. It would be great if this feature was added. The plugin might not be possible, but if Spectators could bet their points on a player it would really make waiting a lot more tolerable. Agree?
