"Spammed" But I didn't. I could have won.

I was playing Overgrown Arena, and of course, right as the deathmatch happens, I am matched up with my ally. I say, "We're team. How about a fair fight?" He responds with, "Sure." I tell him, "Lets go to our pedestals." He does so, and I say, "Okay. 3," And right as I say 2, it kicks me off the server for spamming. I find this annoying, and I feel that it was completely unfair. I did not spam, of course, but it still kicked me. Could I possibly be credited for a win along with the other person? This made me upset because I spent a very long time gathering the supplies to win. The other opponent had very little armor, and no weapon. I, with no doubt, would have won if this didn't happen.
