What items/tools would you like? Um, I quite enjoy the katana swords that are put 0n some texture packs. I'll look for one and then edit it.
What texture pack would you like yours based off of? What do you mean? Basically R3dcraft 128x128, but I have a couple of custom addition I would like to include. I think I would like to have a clear HUD as seen in some default edits and such. Also, can the crit particles be custom golden stars? If not, it's fine. And, can the fire be a low one??? You know, so when I'm on fire I won't see it as much. Also can the actual fire "block" be low as well?

Thanks for all of this!!!! Sorry if I sound a bit greedy or needy, I just REALLY want a good texture pack that fits all my needs.

It's too bad that he stopped giving out his texture pack after he made a few minor edits that anyone can really do. After that I guess, the original pack beforehand is not technically his current one, and if it's changed he can't call it his own unless the actual person who owns it changes it. And so, it's not really cheating the system. It's using logic.
