Quake Pro? Good or Bad?

I keep mine at 95, but I've used quake pro, and so that you don't get headaches, just keep slightly moving it up, and you won't get headaches.

The first disadvantage will be gone once you get used to it, and also if you think that's bad...try playing on fov 1.9, its basically quake pro but x2. Go into options text folder in .minecraft and you can change it there.
EDIT: Once you use quake pro, you can never go back to normal fov...

It all depends on your fighting style... but in my opinion quake pro helps ALOT when doing parkour
I also find it very easy to play on both quake pro and non quake pro but for me it depends on what I feel like

I would definitely use it as an advantage for PvP.

It might be it take you a while to get the hang of it though.!

I've been using normal FOV for over 2 years, and because I'm so adjusted to it, it just feels down right weird if I try something else.

Actually, I tried that - you'd need an even wider FOV, as otherwise everything on the left and right screens are super distorted.
