Polling Issues

My friend has been recently been having issues with his server polling , and it wont let him connect to the servers and gives the idea that he has no connection to any of the SG servers, he can connect to normal servers but not any of the SG servers, Help please?

This could be a location issue. Sometimes some players have this problem and usually they are in the same region. I'm assuming you are trying to connect to the servers nearest to you.
Some tips:
1) Try the other servers (If you are trying EU go for US and vice versa)
2) Check your connection speed and ping on a website like http://www.speedtest.net/ (Hint: choose a server thats close to the ones you are trying to connect to --info in the servers tab--)
3) Try flushing your dns cache (You can google this for instructions)

That's all I can really think of currently.
