Ping changed? Help!

Recently, i've been getting bad ping to mcsg (anywhere from 60-90). i usually get 40-50. I recently bought a new pc on sunday, but I don't think it's a problem with that because I get the same ping to every other server. I know MCGamer has been upgrading their servers. Maybe the bad ping is caused by that? I honestly don't know.

60-90 is bad for you? It's godly compared to mine

Do you use an ethernet cable or a wireless adapter? If it's the adapter I might know the problem.

This could be unrelated to the network's upgrades, maybe something changed in your internet settings, or if you're using an ethernet cable to connect your router to your computer, it may have stopped working and you could be only using the Wi-Fi connection. That's my two cents, hopefully I helped in some way ^.^

Ping doesn't even really matter in sword pvp- no matter what your hits will always register, in bows and rods it does though...

I haven't been experiencing any lags issues on MCSG yet....
