Yes everybody as Darkrai has said there is now a Phoenix Teamspeak available to everyone. If you are thinking about writing an application I suggest joining our Teamspeak and getting to know some members before you apply.

Please note that there are currently 10 slots available on the teamspeak but if it gets more members I will buy some new slots.
