Open Lobby Join

Hi, it's Qazwop here. I have come up with what I think could be a good addition to the server. I think that we should have a sign in front of sever signs that allows us to join an open lobby. This would make things a lot more convenient and possibly eliminate having to use the clock to be able to see open lobbies. This could also contribute to being another donor command.

Pros
-Eliminates searching for minutes to find a game
-Makes matches go much quicker
-Could add a possible donor rank
-Makes the game play overall more convenient

Cons
-Prohibits teams from joining same server
-Can be abused by donors

I like this, but I'm not sure if its on the top of the list for developers. I don't hae much trouble with it. Although I'm only Australian so I have just 25 lobbies to pick through, rather than 200. xD
