Thanks for the info!!!Also, if it happens when you're carrying an item like a sword, throw it on the ground and pick it back up. This should release you.

As mentioned you may attempt to /gf or /fix, hit yourself with a fishing rod, drop the sword or if those don't work and you have a mate with you, have them hit you, works every time for me.
