Need Server Dev's

I am going to be starting my own Minecraft Server!
And I might need some help developing the since I am kind of newish to the servers plugins and so on..
Note* This is hosted in the au region so us people might have 200 ping but you should still be able to be a developer because you still have a playable connection.

I don't think this is allowed. I dont believe you can recruit players from the mcgamer network.
