Sorry to tell you but this will never happen. The mutation feature is an exclusive feature on the nexus and the nexus would not let MCG use the mutation feature. If you look on the bukkit website, multiple survival games plugins are not adding mutations because the nexus told them not to.

It is a good thought, I think it would be cool if after corn refil there was some kind of challenge people had to overcome (minor of course), but something that maybe had people think, like zombies being spawned around the map for a set amount of time.
