As the title states, many plugins this server could use to help optimize game play, as well as preventing spamers.

Reasons? 1. Chat protection... to many people cursing, spaming, and what more can i say?
2. Server to server would help people "Queue" for playing a match.
3. IF SERVER HAS IT. Then it would help largly. Thanks for you time
