I'd probably say: Breeze Island, SG4, Valleyside, TSG2, and Avaricia (no order)

Edit: Now that I think about it, Holiday Resort probably is voted more than Avaricia, just didn't remember it when I posted.

We're talking about all time right? Holiday and Valleyside are "newer" maps, so they don't really have chances. I'd say my list is pretty accurate.
