Description of the bug:

It's a known bug, and has something to do with scoreboards, which are the little window-like things on the right side of your screen in Minecraft, such as in-game.
As far as I know, it's a Minecraft issue. Try switching versions, but I don't know a definite fix for it. I don't think anyone does. >_>
It usually happens to me when I do /hub, and go into the hub from a survival games server.
