Maybe if the map was played in the previous game on that server, it can't be voted for this round.

That seems fair, even though it would end up like this:
Breeze Island
Survival Games 4
Breeze Island
Survival Games 4
Breeze Island
Survival Games 4...

This solution should be temporary. Make people have less interest in Breeze and SG4. Make it so that for maybe a month or 2, every game will have a randomly chosen map without voting or skipping. This would mean that people HAVE to play other maps for a change. I never thought I'd say this but I'm getting tired of Breeze a bit.
