I believe you, and I have played on phone internet myself before and it really isn't that bad. Your ratio is 261/999 so it honestly couldn't be so hard for you to play that you can keep a ratio up like that.

A couple of my friends had access to the account 'Lamproghini'. Fitzyy played on Badlion and got the account banned ([anticheat] Hacked Client.), along with all of his other accounts, because of Judgement Day. I have since changed the password on my accounts.
