We did have two back up players, just not enough to 3v3 since we all had to get off, and my reason for postponement was valid. Also I don't think you get that I explained the whole clan battle to a clan staff mod.

I'm confused as to why you're telling JawshHD that you have private reasons for having to postpone the clan battle. Not once when you told us that you were going to postpone did you mention anything about 'private reasons'. After continuously asking Narwhalll the reason for you postponing (approximately about 30 minutes with no reply) we eventually got a reply stating the situation about the hospital incident (I won't discuss this on the forums in case you would rather this be private).
However this was the only mention of why your clan postponed, and yes I will agree that is 100% a valid reason for Narwhalll to not be in the lineup of the clan battle but it is not a valid reason to postpone a battle.

The rule states "A minimum of two backup players must be prepared to play, should any clan members not be able to participate in the battle. If the scheduled clan battle time comes, but a clan is missing a few lead players yet has back-ups to take their place, the clan match should begin with that clan using their back-ups."

Nuet has 9 players on their clan roster, there should be no excuse as to why you couldn't put backup players in a planned 3v3 clan battle when you have that amount of players in your lineup.

You have provided a screenshot of 1 moderator that stated that you could postpone the clan battle, so I don't know why there wasn't any proof shown of a 2nd moderator saying you could postpone. The screenshot you showed us (http://imgur.com/6zWIJpN) provided no valid proof as you discussed the situation using microphone over TeamSpeak, you could have explained the situation to the moderator entirely different to the reason why you actually postponed. As I've stated previously you've broke 2 rules and you never mentioned to us once that the reason you were postponing was for 'private reasons'.

For valid proof a moderator would have to comment on this forum post giving valid reason explaining why they let your clan break these rules:

These rules are put in place for a reason, they make Clan Battles happen with far less arguments/disagreements. Our clan prepared ourselves so there would be no interruptions when the time came to Clan Battle Nuet, why should it be acceptable for your clan not to do the same?

Hello guys! I understand there has been some issues with the Nuet vs Lust clan battle and I know it was already discussed with other clan staff members but they didn't know the whole issue when I discussed it with them, I took it upon myself to discuss this entire situation with Sr staff/Sr clan staff so they could make the final decision on how this will work.
When Nuet made your postponement they didn't have a valid reason for postponing, you didn't use your back up players that are required to be set in the case that some players can't continue the battle, after the postponement I and other members of staff/clan members recall seeing you all on and playing games even afterwards and only in the past 3-4 days have you come forward with a "reason".
Now in regards to the reasoning you made a mistake by two members using the same reason for postponing. Narwhall and Josh both came to the Lust owners with the same reason for them not being able to play in the battle, yet josh wasn't in the line up for the battle to begin with.
After long discussion with Sr Staff they came to the conclusion of Nuet being DQ'd as they did not have valid or legitimate reasons for postponing the battle.

If you have anything further to say you can bring this to Clan staff on the teamspeak or private message us on the forums.
There is no need to continue to post these issues on the Lust thread.

This was already settled, and that screenshot doesn't count as teaming or trucing as they didn't team with that player.
