Legit thread- Should LeafyGreenTea be banned?

We've all seen the video. A crazy force fielder running around corn hitting everyone, using sprint. Ban him, right? I have heard from some staff members that first offence of sprint/forcefield/aimbot is a 7d ban, then 2nd is perm. I don't recall Leafy hacking twice. So, leafy should not have been banned!
Need staff responses on this. Dunno how I thought about this but.. Yeah!
