LoL looks decent and all...
But I just cant get my head around the fact that you cant deny anything or pull jungle camps...
How do you pull the wave back towards your tower?

You don't pull the wave back to your tower. You don't pull jungle camps. There are other quirks such as freezing your lane, zoning, proxying and poking however the laning phase in LoL is less farm-based than play-based.
