Time (With timezone): Started to notice this a couple days ago (No exact time)
Description of the bug: I couple days ago I noticed a bug with the Leaderboards, my stats would all be putted fine and everything, but my rank was frozen even though there were players with less wins above me. I waited a few days to see but it didn't seem to fix. As you can see in this screenshot, http://gyazo.com/ebeea17486f87c91a666ac4f1690e8a2 I am deadlocked at rank 42 even though I have more wins then a few players above me.
