Knocking Weapons out of hand?

So i just died in a game because i some how dropped my iron sword against 2 teamers with crap stuff, the thing is my fingers were always on wasd and did not touch q was so ever. So my question is, is there a MC hack that will knock the weapon out of your opponents hand? This would be the only way i could explain this occurrence. :/

It has happened to me sometimes as well. I don't know what it is but I don't think it is a hack.

I know sometimes my mousewheel will click my selection over.

I would understand if it was just me hitting the mouse wheel but i actually dropped it and had to frantically switch to a stone sword. Either way it cost me the game possibly. I'd honestly be ok if it was an odd bug, but not if it was a hack. :/
