The flying kick.. it's caused by jumping into the air on your podium bet getting rubber banded back which creates a movement which is considered flying.

Getting kicked for flying is actually a Vanilla feature, and has nothing to do with our plugin/NCP. The reason it happens is because sometimes, if you lag while jumping and sprinting off your podium at the start, the plugin will pull you back, but not completely, leaving you hanging in mid-air. Minecraft then kicks in and says, "Hey, you're not supposed to be floating." and kicks you from the server. Also, I can PM you the evidence for your ban if you would like. You're also going to need to post a ban dispute here if you believe you were banned unfairly.
