Trilogies says not put because, Molly Holly closed.

Nevertheless:

They say that if we close the clan, do not take away the win.

It is not contradictory?

Even if a clan has closed down, the clan that lost in the clan battle would have to post the loss on there thread, unless negotiated otherwise before the Clan Battle Begun.

If the clan that closed down lost, they don't have to post the win. But if a clan lost to a now disbanded clan, that clan would have to post the loss.
