It is definitely allowed, because this product has the same effect as getting a new, better internet connection, or just moving closer to Arizona, and we do not ban people who do these things either (This is off course only if this product is used for this purpose). I'm not 100% sure on how this thing exactly works, but I am sure that it is allowed, as it is not affiliated directly with the MCGamer Network.
