Importing Worlds With Multiverse Isnt Working

Hello
Im Trying to set up survival games for my server and when i try to import my first map with /mv import SurvivalGames4 normal, it only brings like a quarter of the world for some reason can anyone help me and yes ive checked in singleplayer if the whole world is there and it is
