So i was in the lobby and i thought i'd be fun to jump in the little lava thing. Then while i was in the lava thing with someone else the games started. I was still on fire but i thought id wear out, the other guy was on fire too. I then run to cornucopia after it starts and im STILL ON FIRE. I grab a sword but im still o fire so people punch me to death. Could you make the lobby lava unenterable so others dont make the mistake

Hey that happened to me, but I ran into the nearest lake and continued to win.

Yes it happens that when you get teleported to the corn and are on fire from something in the lobby you will burn the entire duration until you die, unless of course you could run to water quickly.
