If you're referring to the Survival Server, that is not currently online. The staff is working to get it online, however!
If you're talking about MCSG Servers, click here. That's a very friendly guide to learn how to connect to the Survival Games. If you have any more questions, most of them are already covered in the General Support part of the forum. Just perform a search for it and you should find it. Yes, this is the survival server. Currently, the only servers that are open are creative, tekkit (i think), and the most popular MCSG (Minecraft Survival Games) which are based on the books "The Hunger Games"
