I got banned for Being the alt of a account but this is the only account I have, I made a punishment dispute but it got upheld, People say to contact mods on Teamspeak but I don't have a Teamspeak, Is there anything I can do?

You can always download the Teamspeak app, it's free. Besides talking a staff on Teamspeak, the only thing you can do is make a punishment dispute.

Adding on to what coma said, if you still believe that your ban was unfair after your dispute being upheld you can contact an admin through the forums or via email.
