Some effects with Photoshop, with a simple layout I made and a background taken from a freesource website, I make a nice looking signature .

Its extremely simple cropping (using a program like Paint). Then getting custom fonts and transferring the picture to Photoshop. Save it, put on imgur, done! Takes less than 5 minutes.
