Considering there's only one 1 graphic designer VIP, it doens't really count anymore for VIP, unless Chad had asked you to make a signature graphic, such as MCSG's creeper pin

The server do not ask for 10k under because they need more players, but that is just from my own knowledge.

To become a VIP you need to either have an accepted map on MCGamer or be a famous YouTuber.
