Hotkey or Scroll

I saw a thread like this but was necroed on, so do you hotkey or scroll? I like to hotkey, much easier with a mouse that has buttons

Both. I have 2 macros on my key, one set to 1, which is usually my sword. The other is 5, which is set to an empty hand, which helps me scroll, the slots around 5 and 1.

Both. For hotkeys I only use it to get to my sword, bow, rod, and FnS, which are my 1, 2, 3, and 4 slot. The rest I use scrolling.

On Minecraft, I scroll. On certain other games, though, I use hotkeys.

My right middle-finger has the speed of all four of my hotkey fingers on my left hand so it's more convenient to scroll :3
